The Bulevard 4**** Constanta complex is located on Mamaia Boulevard, in the Delfinariu area, 2-3 minutes from the entrance to the Mamaia Resort. The hotel has a privileged position, being close to Mamaia, but also to the commercial center of Constanta (10 minutes by car), or the historic center of the city (15 minutes). Opposite the hotel is the park with the Tabacarie lake, an ideal place for a walk.
